Honored the last minute trigger change on a custom build for no additional money and no additional hold up on the delivery. Delivered in 2 weeks instead of the advertised six, was absolutely welcome. Honestly I would remove the six week lead time because it did kind of stall my decision for a little while

Holster is great beyond the hood. Level two is great. Level three with the hood needs work to be a usable option. As far as the service from staccato, no issues items I ordered were shipped asap and communication has been great
