Everything about my HD 3. 6 purchase was exceptional. The gun was built and delivered in 5 weeks. I changed/added to my order a few days after I submitted my order. Spoke to customer service who took care of my request. Great American company.

Staccato said it would be 60 days to get my new HD 4. 5 but it only took 30 so I was pretty happy about it

I had called with questions about the C4X I wanted to order, the customer service rep answered all my questions as well as contacted my FFL and set everything up to make sure when the pistol was ready, it would ship right out.
