Really appreciate the heroes discount. Super fast shipping and great experience overall. The only downside is not shipping 20 rd mags to my state. As a retired Leo I’m allowed to purchase said mags and the ffl’s in my state accept high capacity mags for us. I had to go elsewhere to get them.

Online orders were filled very quickly. And shipped out fast

I ordered four magazines however, only received two. I contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. I waited a few days but did not hear back from anyone. I contacted customer service again. They advised the other magazines had recently been shipped and provided tracking information. All around not a bad experience but not a great experience either.

Great customer service so far. Looking to make the big purchase shortly (XC).
