My experiences at Staccato 2011 have been positive. I’ve visited several times for magazine purchases and a repair, and the women who assisted me were friendly, helpful, and professional. My experience at Staccato Ranch has been very different. This was my second Staccato P purchase, and across multiple visits, the male staff have been dismissive, and at times rude. With my second purchase, I never received a call and had to follow up after several weeks. The pickup interaction was also unwelcoming, although the employee became more cordial after speaking with my husband. I really enjoy the firearm, but the service at the Ranch has consistently been disappointing.

Amazing company and the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced, if you run into any issues they are quick to respond, address and go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. They have made changes to orders and responded to my request incredibly fast, I even talked to the armor working on my own firearm, that level of detail is incredible and found literally no place else, shout out to Blake who worked on my C4X, reached out more and than once when I missed his calls. My pops has had a staccato for years and it’s what made me want one the day I shot his. The craftsmanship is second to none and the best warranty in the game. Solid shooting pistols that will out shoot anything you can do.

Ordering was easy as pie. Got the CPO email Wednesday morning and was able to purchase the gun I wanted. Choose my dealer and Bob’s your uncle. Got notified when it was delivered and picked it up. Shipping only took a couple of days.
