Not the answer I was looking for from warranty. Not sure where to turn from here. I stand dissatisfied with my XC and left with to what I feel is a defective product. I own 4 Staccatos purchased this year alone. Not feeling satisfied with the function of my XC has me feeling that my trust and belief in Staccato is misguided. I'm a huge fan. This is like finding out your hero is nothing more than an average guy with a cape.

Easy to order, however, I couldn’t order the shoot glasses with a bullet embedded. I believe I have to be a member, which I thought I was.

Wait time for my pistol was the hardest part of the transaction, but I knew that going in as the rep told me upfront before finalizing my purchase. Even though I had to wait I still received my pistol sooner than the provided wait time. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy another and wait.
