I recently purchased from SRS Microsystems an ECH-5 hand grip for my OMD E-M5 Mark III. The price was more reasonable than most sellers and from the first acknowledgment from SRS I felt my purchase was in good hands. This was proved correct by prompt tracked delivery. I was able to play with my new toy earlier than I had expected. I am still experimenting with the hand grip, It certainly seems to provide a better grip when using my 75-300mm ii lens and the release button is more comfortable. It does however make the above combination quite weighty which I am sure will not be noticed by most photographers (they will be far younger than me!). It has been a totally smooth buying experience and is an obvious 5 star.

SRS rescued me on 4 June 2020. I had dropped my Olympus E620 and distorted the 14-42 lens. I telephoned SRS and spoke with Johnathon, who that the shop was closed, but pointed out the mail order system. He located a replacement lens both physically and on the website. I ordered the lens on line. Doug acknowledged the order and said the lens was on its way. It arrived within 24 hours and on 5 June 2020 I took my first picture with the 14-45 new to me lens. I wandered lonely as a cloud ....... Not knowing 'nuffin' about my old camera, other than it was old, still worked and I liked it. I was at a complete loss as to how to replace the battery, the original one now defunct. This lovely lot advised and supplied at a very reasonable cost a new battery. Great service.
