Purchased used 500mm mirror lens, had it for x3 days and decided it wasn't for me. Luckly a 500mm telephoto lens had arrived in stock, and I decided to go for that one, I was refunded the cost of the mirror in full and only had to pay for the difference. The exchange was smooth, the staff helpful and the delivery prompt. Would use the services and purchase other equipment off SRS Microsystems again.

I was unsure from the name but looking on line quickly realised SRS had the right items I was looking for and they were reasonably priced. I needed to test a lens before buying and went to Watford - on the phone they helpfully told me where to park. In store all the colleagues were clearly keen photographers, expert technicians and knew their products. I had a slight camera problem - completely my fault! which was sorted into the bargain. I am very happy with the lens and also - after some time choosing between different options patiently brought out of stock - a new bag. A few days later I bought a strap on line and it came by post . Any time I emailed I received a reply. So I could not be more impressed.
