Cannot be more pleased with the advise and service received from the staff at SRS. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

In this day and age it is amazing to find a retailer it's possible to raise on the phone, what's more with an immediate answer!. I phoned SRS and spoke to Charlie who was polite, helpful, informative and had good product knowledge. As a result I bought a Saramonic mic that was much. much cheaper than elsewhere. The mic arrived next day although I had not paid for next day postage. All good, brand new. Thank you SRS.

Usual great service, but internet rather than ‘walk in’ because of the Covid pandemic. Phone question was handled in a very friendly manner by the same staff member who sold me my first Pentax DSLR 10 years ago. Products arrived next day and work very well, especially the 300 lens, which is very sharp for birding, even BIFs.

Have had this camera for over 6 months now and taken over 4000 photo's on it totally reliable with no issues and in all sorts of weather conditions.This is my 3rd Pentax camera the previous was a K5 a great camera also..to add to my collection will be next a Pentax KP which l hope to get later this year when l have enough pennies saved .. Recently purchased a ball head for my tripod and did not realise that the product does not come with a compatible wire for my camera. Spoke to staff at srs who informed they will contact the manufacturer (Vanguard) to see wether they do one for my camera. An hour later got the bad new that they don't but then followed the great news that srs have a compatible wire and they have tested it fully and guaranteed it will work with my nikon d5600. I asked them how much its was and they said it nothing I can have it for free and posted it out to me for me to receive the following day. Now that going an extra ten miles. Thank you guys. You are brilliant.
