I have always had good experiences shopping with Spring Hill but the irises I received were substandard quality. I planted them anyway and we will see if they perform.

I wasn't aware that these would arrive in a dormant state. So I won't be able to tell how they perform for a while. I am trusting Spring Hill because you send good products.

Very small odd shaped root- it was in a circle with roots inside. I planted it , hoping it will grow.

I just love this plant, The flowers are as big as salad plates and the plant is loaded with them.

So glad you all worked with me on the refund due to the plants not growing this year.

Fabulous! I had ordered roses from 3 different company. The others all died, and one from Springhill did not make it. I contacted the other companies, and both wanted a long series of pictures and efforts made to bring them back to life. Not Springhill, they sent a coupon for replacement within 48 hours of my contact! Exceptional service. I have since replaced all the dead roses with ones from Springhill and they are all doing terrific!
