Prompt arrival…. good shape.

Had an issue with delivery and even though postal service fault Spring Hill made it right.

All was fine.

Upon arrival the first impression was the packaging was poor and the plants seemed extremely dry. After planting the plants seem to be doing fine after daily care. The ordering was easy, the descriptions truthful, the shipment time short and the pricing was very competitive.

Plants arrive in great shape And do very well.

The plant material is outstanding. The plants, however, arrived unsecured, with the potting material loose within the plastic bag and the root ball dislodged from the pot. Further, one pot was upside down upon the other. I suggest tethering each pot separately to opposite ends of the shipping container when two pots are shipped.

This is my first order from Springhill Nurseries. I have been impressed from the ordering, shipping and delivery of my Dwarf Burning Bush plants. You can tell that customer satisfaction is stressed during every process. I received free shipping with my order value. The shipping materials for each plant were top-notch. The plants were all beautiful, lively and very healthy. I planted them within a few days of receiving and they are all doing well. I'm looking forward to caring for them and seeing them grow. I ordered two different roses as a birthday gift for my sister. One arrived in a few days and the other was about a month later, so I was a bit concerned. However, both are beautiful and she loves them.

This rose plant arrived in excellent condition. We planted it a few days ago. I will need to wait until next year to see how it climbs up the trellis we put next to it but I am excited to see the beautiful colors of its blooms!

Spring Hill sent my order packaged very well. I ordered 26 trees and very few had minimal damage, none were concerning at all. The directions were helpful as well regarding planting.

My iris tubers arrived as expected however they were all dried up.
