I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years but I have never seen such good customer service. You can get to a live person quickly and they are so accomodating and helpful and knowlegable about all the Current products.

Delivery was prompt. I think they should deliver the barbecue grill in three boxes to lighten the load as one of the boxes was extremely heavy could not lift it by myself.

Tremendous. I was shocked that something so large/heavy was delivered in just 2 days. The quality of the packing materials is better than anything I've ever seen. Better than large appliances! The exterior box was heavy duty and good quality with plastic carry handles. The interior box was likewise heavy duty. The foam inserts are molded to fit and very heavy duty. Everything is protected and therefore arrives in perfect condition. 10 stars!

Everything was great, my only complaint would be that the oven should be shipped with the latest firmware updates, for those of us in rural areas that’s a hassle.
