Love the item and the ease to use and clean.

I called support twice. First for the assembly issue with the legs, then for the slow heating. Both times they were responsive and helpful. Although it's been a week, and I still can't update the firmware.

Current Backyard helped me navigate some issues, what I ordered happened to be out of stock with the new model launching and they were able to find me a different color I liked. They were quick and responsive.

Fast delivery of a great product

Everything delivered as expected but control panel came bent. By the time I noticed I'd already fully assembled griddle and cabinet etc so the idea of returning it seems like too large an ordeal.

No issues in shipping or service. Griddle was initiall scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, arrived on the previous Friday, 4 days earlier than the original delivery date. We had notice, and it was nice to get it before the weekend.

The service is very quick and punctual! It took me a couple days to send pics but they were right on it when the pics were sent. Super helpful also and always willing to try something else if one thing doesn’t work

Incredible oven

Very impressed with the entire experience. Coincidentally, my son in law was looking as well and will undoubtedly order soon.

When I purchase something I'm always anxious to have it . . . Too often there's a painful wait and ship period. Current had my grill prepared to ship immediately and though I don't live in a large population center, I received my grill in juist a few days.
