Waited, and was very excited for the new grill to come. . . it hasn't let me down yet. Customer Service was quick to help when I questioned the backorder of the cabinet.

My grill arrived via UPS in excellent condition. The assembly was easy and the instructions for a person who has little to zero skill set for putting things together, were straightforward and easy to follow. And the screwdriver was included. I do suggest asking that friend with every tool for the use of their small ratchet set that 'angles' for tight spaces. Or if you have tiny hands, you're good.

I love my Current electric grill! I always had a natural gas grill, but after moving to an all electric condo I had to convert to electric. The Current grill is amazing. It is so easy to use and has great tech features like digital thermometer, meat probe, dual controls, and a timer. The shelf is convenient for keeping food warm or for toasting rolls. It is easy to clean and a joy to cook on.

I have an all-electric, sustainable home (no gas), so I sought out an electric griddle. I wanted to love it, but some things didn't work for me. It arrived in great condition, was easy to assemble and setup, and looks great. When cooking, it works really well with pretty even heat across the griddle surface. Cooking bacon on it is amazing since it keeps all the smells outside. The main issue for me was how long it takes to heat up. It is not fast at all, even in September. I love to cook outside through the winter, so I knew it would take even longer in the cold months. I like to sear most foods at high heat (500 or 600 degrees F). It took more than 30 minutes to heat up to 500 degrees. I started to get used to heating it up well in advance, but I didn't feel that would work in the winter. Regretfully, I had to return it before the free trial period expired. There were two other minor issues that did not influence my decision to return the griddle. The tray that catches grease fills up with water when it rains. Having water on top of the grease was not great. I don't like using a grill cover since they don't last long. I assume a cover would prevent that. The lid only opens to only 90 degrees. If your patio is not level and leans towards the front of the griddle, the lid will not stay open. The surface it is on needs to be level or slope towards the back of the unit. I hope that Current launches an induction griddle soon (before I have to buy something else). I feel that a griddle is the perfect application for induction. I would definitely buy a Current induction griddle.

Excellent customer service!

Overall this is a great grill. Flavors are just like any gas grill even though it’s electric. Front panel is easy to use to get it heating up and features like the temperature probes make it easy to use. Cons: The app could use work. Can’t properly switch between products for months now. Also, their support team is very poor. Was in contact with them for months as they sent the wrong item. It’s multiple layers of support teams that don’t talk much to each other.

It is a great product. I wish it would heat up faster.

This is an awesome oven. It heats up quickly and cooks the pizza evenly and perfect. It looks great in my kitchen. The only issue is the app is not very good. As a matter of fact it is terrible, it never works. However this is a pizza oven and I bought it to cook pizza and it does that very well.

Excellent. grill! Out family and friends love eating burgers and steaks prepared on our grill! Great product, and definitely have recommended Current to others!

Loved the personal appoach that Current used when working with my warrenty.
