My purchasing experience was less than stellar as I was not given complete information on the "discount" code, thus making the price I actually paid @$85 more than the price shown in my cart - the price jumped as soon as I entered my credit card number & hit submit. No one at the company would assist with correcting this, which I find to be very deceitful. In addition, when trying to learn to use the grill, apparently, no one in customer service has been trained on or used the grill, so in order to answer the most basic questions, it has to be researched.

So easy to season, cook and love the app.
