I received a shipment of collagen powder that was slightly more than half full. This has never happened before. Usually it’s so full I almost can’t get the scooper back in when I first open it. I reached out to let them know and a representative reached out to me listening to my concerns She had already issued me a full refund which I did not ask for! It sounds like they really back their product fully. I am happy with the results and I will continue to order this wonderfulproduct.
