I usually have stomach issues with Viramin D but this with the K2 is gentle on my stomach. If I forget to take it for a day, I definitely notice an energy difference without it. Great product that works very well for me.

My dry eye is so much better and my skin has a nice glow. The container is easy open and keeps the light out keeping the product viable.

I just got this. MH is great. Full disclosure: I wish they didn't package them in plastic. I like the 12 ppm. I was taking a 8 ppm product and had to take 2 at a time for optimum efficiency. I take it daily. I give it only 4 stars due to packaging. Product is great.

I would recommend Sports Research as my top choice to anyone looking for quality supplements. I have been very satisfied with Sports Research - their website, the ordering process, and the final product are all top notch. The website is easy to navigate and solid data is easy to find. Competitor websites make it very difficult to find detailed info on products but Sports Research has it readily available on the product page. Pricing is fair and the subscriptions are easy to control, pause, or edit. Shipping is fast! Packaging is high quality and beautiful (not necessarily important but gives them a premium vibe and makes me feel fancy). I currently take their omega-3 fish oil and 2 types of collagen and have been very satisfied with the product quality and taste.

I learned about getting my levels of Omega 3s tested (Dr. Bill Harris, a leading omega-3 researcher, on The Proof podcast). I used his company's blood test for a baseline, and have used Sports Research’s Vegan Omega-3 Algae Oil. Months later I re-tested, and see that my levels are up a lot, and in the good zone. I’m satisfied that this supplement is doing what it’s supposed to do, and will keep buying it!
