I am usually weary about online advice, but many of his other recommendations are products that I found on my own and LOVE, so I thought I’d give this a try. He stated that it is a powerful antioxidant that helps with heart and eye health and UV sun protection. He said something about it making you tan, which I thought was interesting. When I did some research I saw that it’s also great for inflammation, due to my autoimmune I have a lot of soreness and struggle with inflammation. So far I’ve really enjoyed the benefits of this product. My face in particular is less inflamed, that is where I notice it the most… my usually puffy eyebags are less pronounced and my skin when I’m not wearing make up is less blotchy. I do notice more of a glow in my skin than before. My body and joints do feel a little better as well. & the UV protection is an added bonus that I love. I will definitely use this product all summer, and a few times a week in the cooler months.
