The service was good. The shipment was fast. The pedals unfortunately didn't fit my bike. I do have to return the pedals but unfortunately the shipping cost is passed on to the consumer. I don't agree with that because people would be less likely to reorder anything in the future.

Company refused to honor an advertised free delivery option for an item. It was disclosed in google as plane as day, but not on the website. Instead of owning up to the mistake the manger blamed google for falsely advertising the item even though every other aspect of the advertisement was correct. They wanted to save $10 instead of honoring the advertised deal and offer free delivery as an act of good faith. No offer to make it right or help in any way.
