16 days after ordering I have still not received the Christmas dinner set. 2 other items from my order have arrived with no explanation of whether the dinner set will follow. I’ve emailed customer service and had no reply.

Very easy to order from the website and a great deal too! This included getting a free jug with the order. I forgot to add my discount code so called the company the next day. I hadn't expected anything to be done but a lovely man I spoke to gave me the discount whilst I was in the phone! I felt very valued as a customer and will definitely buy more from Spode.

I bought these items to extend my Spode Christmas crockery, first purchased some 40 years ago. Sooo disappointed that so much is "Made in China" now Very unexpected for a top UK brand.

I’d been looking for Spode Christmas tree items as I mum used to have them when I was young and they were nostalgic to me. These were not only beautiful but great quality and a very good price. Delivery was extremely fast too. I’m really impressed and happy.
