I will point out that the company is relentless on advertising...my inbox gets 3-4 ads per day. This is very annoying. A reminder that your pet's prescription is about to run out is very helpful but once, maybe twice is enough. Furthermore, even after I ordered my pet's prescription, I kept getting the "time's running out" message. I also got a message that said Speed Buys was having trouble getting my veterinarian to respond with prescription renewal approval, when, if fact, I had already been delivered my prescription from Speed Buys. I think there is a major communications failure within your company.

I ordered a product online. After several emails saying it was received., etc. It finally stated it was back ordered and unknown availability. I had to call my vet and get the product from her. I couldnt wait any longer for a substitution.

Refill for prescription request was faxed to wrong vet, Then customer service said they faxed to correct vet, but they couldn't have because when questioned they didn't have the fax number. I called to get it for them while I had PetRX on another line.Once all was corrected the prescription was shipped quickly, but had I not called to check on it, not sure when I would have received it.

I wish I had been notified that our vet had not sent the prescription or heartworm test results.

All of my previous orders were handle perfectly and I've really enjoyed your service as well as your wonderful website. My last order was particularly difficult. It was probably the Vet who caused the problems. Your customer service representatives were wonderful. I don't really know what happened but I will continue to use you for my pets RX's. BeeBoo my yorkie turned 16 Feb. 25th so I don't know how much longer I'll need meds. Thank you so much for everything.

I would be completely satisfied, except that even before & several times after I received a 3 and 6 month supply of prescription for my dog, I got emails asking me to hurry up and reorder or I would run out. Seemed just a little bit desperate. But the prices were good, and I received my items on time.

Very satisfied with Speed Buys. Could not buy from them due to my vet not honoring the perscription. No problem with Speed Buys. They were very understanding.
