Great products ,price and service

I ordered a 12 month supply of heartworm medicine at a Petplus introductory price of $11 but was contacted two days after ordering saying that only the 6 month supply was available. I replied to that email asking for my options but never received any information. When I called several days later I had to pay $18 to have the 6 month supply sent to me as I could no longer receive the introductory price. On top of that I have three separate charges on my credit card now, and the one from my initial order is still pending the refund. The prices are great and the shipping was fast. The clearance from my vet was quick and very easy. It was just this mishap on my first order that really frustrated me. Hopefully next time I need to order it goes smoothly!

The materials were delivered and assistance provided on how to return part of the order.

Takes too long to receive my dogs prescription in the mail! It takes at least 10 working days to arrive here in CA! That's 2 weeks! I Must reorder 2 weeks after I receive a 30 day supply! Can't pick up locally as it's a pet only med!

Price was $25 cheaper than my vet, and arrives one week after I mailed in the script! Very happy with the product, price, turnaround time, and website ordering!
