Usually they get my cat's prescription to me much more quickly. This time it took over a week. Seems it took a lot longer than usual to get approval from my vet. Not sure if that was their fault or the vet's for taking so long, so I have to give a neutral vote.

Got it fast and less $$ than at the brick and mortar stores if you need in a hurry get at a pet store...
