Great products!!!

I tried to return an item so I contacted their customer service and I never heard from them. Then a day or two later I sent another email that they never responded to me. I still haven’t heard from them. So I don’t know where to go from here.

Everything was perfect. Love the products.

I had a problem with my order and nobody ever replied to me. I sent two emails and I still have not heard from anybody. I am so incredibly disappointed at this point. I’m not even sure what to do.

I have sent 3 messages now as there was an item missing from my order. Still have had no response. What I did get was great but missing one item.

I would like to give a higher rating for my experience as your products are very cute and fun but I did not receive an item that I ordered and sent two emails to customer service and have yet to receive a response so I felt inclined to leave a less than favorable review. I wish to hear back from customer service at some point to rectify this issue.

I don’t see a way to delay or cancel my subscription when logged in. I have emailed customer support with no response.

Overall everything was good and on time. I was sent the wrong product and emailed customer service. I never received a response, however the missed product showed up which was great. My only feedback is to send a customer service follow up when someone emails.

Great products that actually work at an amazing price. Is there a sunscreen product coming soon? Hope so, then I can get all my skin care needs from Spa Life. Keep up the great work!

Love love love SpaLife one of my fav brands. I’m hooked on so many items from them but my favorite is the toner pads!
