Have never received any of my order. I have not received by refund and I will be escalating my issue. Bad business all around.

I would like to give a higher rating for my experience as your products are very cute and fun but I did not receive an item that I ordered and sent two emails to customer service and have yet to receive a response so I felt inclined to leave a less than favorable review. I wish to hear back from customer service at some point to rectify this issue.

I don’t see a way to delay or cancel my subscription when logged in. I have emailed customer support with no response.

Overall everything was good and on time. I was sent the wrong product and emailed customer service. I never received a response, however the missed product showed up which was great. My only feedback is to send a customer service follow up when someone emails.

Great products that actually work at an amazing price. Is there a sunscreen product coming soon? Hope so, then I can get all my skin care needs from Spa Life. Keep up the great work!

The delivery was as expected, arrived on time.

Love how quickly my items came in. Had to buy a full size instead of the sample size but totally worth it. The products came in the mail unharmed and was delighted with my surprise gift.
