It has taken almost two weeks to receive a simple response to an inquiry pertaining to a refund. I have sent 4 emails now with no response. Should I receive a response by the end of the week I will be happy to change this review. I love the product but am frustrated with the lack of communication.

Placed order #7740 on March 10th, checked tracking,#9434650206217187400133 USPS has still not received the package, still in NJ with only label created. Attempted 3 emails to Spalife to check on package. . . no response. . . it's a time sensitive gift so I just wanted to see if I should order from somewhere else. Extremely disappointed! Now I just want my money back. I was excited to see online store since I have enjoyed product for years purchasing thru Amazon. Thank you for any assistance!

I ordered the castor oil product in November of 2025. It usually takes a couple months to ship to my location so I’m very understanding. However I’ve sent two emails now and no response and no product has been received.

I received everything in my order but one thing was missing. I have reached out via rmail to customer service twice and have had no response

Arrived quickly and calm pimples like a charm!

I believe there was an issue with shipping. My mail delivery person said they never received the package and the timestamp indicating it’s delivery is well before they arrive on my route.

I repeatedly followed up about a missing item from the order (which I was charged for) with no response. I liked the other items but poor customer service.

Here’s a polished but clearly negative review you can use: ⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Spa Life Beauty. I placed an order on November 5th, and as of November 16th, it still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to customer service to get an update on my order, but no one bothered to respond. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

My daughter and I really like SpaLife products. It's reasonably priced and works well. Ordering was simple, and it was shipped quickly. I will definitely order their products again.
