The formula has changed since the first time I bought it it made my face break out so this time I would like to cancel my order

I received EASTER pimple patches! I did not receive the CHRISTMAS holiday anti-aging masks value pack… I have emailed and sent photos. . no response from your customer service. . My order number is 6360…can someone help me to get the correct product?

Arrived quickly and calm pimples like a charm!

I believe there was an issue with shipping. My mail delivery person said they never received the package and the timestamp indicating it’s delivery is well before they arrive on my route.

I repeatedly followed up about a missing item from the order (which I was charged for) with no response. I liked the other items but poor customer service.

Here’s a polished but clearly negative review you can use: ⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Spa Life Beauty. I placed an order on November 5th, and as of November 16th, it still hasn’t arrived. I reached out to customer service to get an update on my order, but no one bothered to respond. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

My daughter and I really like SpaLife products. It's reasonably priced and works well. Ordering was simple, and it was shipped quickly. I will definitely order their products again.

Sent to the wrong address, completely my fault. However, the following "customer support" (I laugh to call it that) conversations failed to provide any real support. Several emails sent, only a few replies received. I ended up getting the product, I suspect no thanks to the "customer support"/any part of SpaLife. . . And if it was due to SpaLife work, there should have been more communication to tell me it was happening, address had been fixed, anything. . . Instead, all I got was silence.

I just wish I hadn’t been able to order something that clearly wasn’t in stock. I didn’t get the one item I was hoping for most, instead it was substituted with something I don’t want. Tried emailing about it and no response :( the pimple patches not bad for the price I can’t lie, though definitely only worth that price since not the best quality. But I can’t complain, they were cheap that’s what I was expecting. With the discount codes for leaving reviews I guess I can’t be too mad. Just not as excited about your products as I was before I received them. Haven’t had a chance to speak with customer service so I can’t say anything on that, but my order did arrive pretty timely so 5 stars for that.

No response to three emails about getting the correct product has yet to be sent by Spalife. So disappointing. I went out of my way to order products after purchasing some of their items this summer while away on vacation. I don’t like leaving negative reviews. At all. I have received about eight requests from SpaLife to complete this survey, yet zero responses to my three separate, personal, non-automated emails about this issue. I’ve moved on now. Please take me off your distribution list.

Spalife is a game changer for me. I have an acne prone screen and discovering Spalife is really the best thing that happened to me. I tried lots of products on my face since I was a teen and now Im on my 30's. Only Pearl Serum made a great result not only on my acne but also on brightening my skin. I order a lot now since it is always sold out.

I emailed them and never received a response. They sent me the complete wrong items
