I went in looking for one item, a face mask. I left with a cart full of unexpected items, including masks for heels and hands, a glittery body oil, and a spa headband. It was so much fun to explore the offerings.

I was throwing a lemon themed birthday for my mom and purchased the Limoncello Brightening Undereye Masks to put in her gift basket. However, one day after receiving a notification that my order had shipped, I got an email that I was refunded for these eye patches with no explanation. So sent an email to their customer service team to try and get an understanding of what happened and to this day have never received a response. Upon checking the website days later I noticed that the eye patches were sold out even though when I ordered them days prior they were in stock with no indication that they were low stock. Overall I was left very disappointed and did not appreciate not even being given a response after my inquiry. I typically love this brand and the cute items they have to offer but this has made me hesitant to make another purchase in the future.

I was so excited to find these! They are my absolute favorite nose strips. I have tried so many but none worked as well as these! The price was great and shipping was so fast!

My package is in Jacksonville. More than six days without moving. I want my products to arrive.

So far, good. My only complaint is that in the large pump size of the coconut and watermelon mango body, wash, the product does not flow through the pump. I have to unscrew the pump and pour the product like that. It is annoying because the bottle is too huge to lift when slippery. Pump needs to have a larger shaft so the product can flow through it.

It has taken almost two weeks to receive a simple response to an inquiry pertaining to a refund. I have sent 4 emails now with no response. Should I receive a response by the end of the week I will be happy to change this review. I love the product but am frustrated with the lack of communication.

Placed order #7740 on March 10th, checked tracking,#9434650206217187400133 USPS has still not received the package, still in NJ with only label created. Attempted 3 emails to Spalife to check on package. . . no response. . . it's a time sensitive gift so I just wanted to see if I should order from somewhere else. Extremely disappointed! Now I just want my money back. I was excited to see online store since I have enjoyed product for years purchasing thru Amazon. Thank you for any assistance!

I ordered the castor oil product in November of 2025. It usually takes a couple months to ship to my location so I’m very understanding. However I’ve sent two emails now and no response and no product has been received.

I received everything in my order but one thing was missing. I have reached out via rmail to customer service twice and have had no response
