Great I love the bat

It was awesome. I love being able to personalize the balls and getting a quantity discount. That is great. The team loves them and they are hitting just the net a lot. I read on different review that they have a nice bounce. I thought it was kinda weird but it is true. Nice bounce. I am interested to see how this material wears over time. The leather Spaulding balls that we have typically gotten over the years are really showing their age. I hope these hold up better.

Never received my order and it was scheduled for yesterday. Haven’t received any follow up or updates.

Horrible company! I ordered an $1100 basketball hoop on November 17th for a Christmas present for my son. Delivery was promised by the end of the month. It kept getting delayed and finally I canceled the order on December 7th because I wasn’t going to get it in time for Christmas. I was told I would have my refund within 3 to 5 business days. It is now January 8th and still no refund. Customer service is awful and they keep giving me different excuses about why I haven’t gotten my money back. They are despicable.

I ordered shorts for my grandson’s birthday - an after Christmas date - on December 14. The order was confirmed immediately but that is the end of communication. I reached out by email regarding the order status and still have heard nothing. It’s now December 31

The person who walked me through the purchase was very polite and professional. He helped me pick out the correct parts for my model and made things very easy. Whoever packaged the hardware parts needs to be retrained on what is actually needed to retrofit a new backboard. I received a box of bolts that were mismatched and missing parts that I needed.

Hoop is very durable and great for our use indoors. The instructions could have been a little more clearer on which bag of nuts and bolts to use. Images were confusing at time when identifying if we needed a silver washer or the black plastic spacers. Other than that, building it went smoothly.
