Great service and timing!
The 44 polycarbonate replacement backboard with with universal extension arm is impossible to assemble using instructions provided. Both sets of instructions are horrible. Spent over $500 and 4 hours on a pile of metal and plastic with two sets of paper instructions in 10 languages that no one can understand

The kids are loving their new hoop set up. We’re just a couple of weeks in but feel it will last us for years. That said, I was a little disappointed with the assembly instructions and all hardware in front of booklet, and their associated instructions several pages beyond that. It may worth revisiting how to make this a better experience so consumers are literally ‘flipping out (i. e. , page turning). Thanks.
