After I tracked my order
After I tracked my order and found out my package was destroyed by UPS, I notified Spa and Pool Store by email and sent them the tracking results. They immediately sent out a new order with quicker shipping. I am very happy with Spa and Pool Store and I am going to enjoy a freshly filled hot tub tonight!

Easy valve replacement. And affordable.
The diverter valve was shipped quickly and was exactly what was needed to get the diverter valve working again. (the square tab on top broke off the old one while adjusting it one time. ) The "O" rings need some lubrication to make it turn effortlessly. There might be a specific lubricant, but we used petroleum jelly. . .
