I am always satisfied with the variety of products- they always have what I need. The shipment of the main order was prompt. The filter was shipped separately and when there was a delay by the shipper, Pool and Spa communicated frequently and effectively.

Had everything I needed and at a reasonable price. Having it shipped to your door is a nice plus.

Good pricing and product selection. Prompt shipping.

Amanda is a wealth of knowledge about hot tubs/spas. She worked with me in getting parts I needed for a 2013 Sundance hot tub and stayed with it until I received the parts I needed. Can't say enough about the courteous and professional help I received.

Amanda is great, she has helped me with all my questions and saved me from myself correcting the errors I've made. Great ser ice and pricing. Thanks

Great customer Service and fast shipping. Secure packaging. Prices are a little higher but worth the extra cost. I always buy my spa parts and chemicals from them.
