Happy with my purchases, overall. However, I wish I was informed that one of the stools I ordered was not in stock. I only found out after multiple phone calls when I did not receive it, and was told it will be months before it will be in stock and can be shipped.

My experience with purchasing the equipment was good, but when the chair was delivered the company would only bring it right inside my door. It weighs 225 lbs so it was difficult to move. Would have been helpful to at least get it to the room

I like the Nano Oxygen infuser. However, the markup on the device is insane. Found the same one on alibaba for $15. It’s also made of plastic. Therefore, making the price unreasonable.

Very unhappy part is missing and it’s defective and I was waiting to receive the new equipment but you guys didn’t send it! What a waist of time and money

I was so worried I was going to need to but another chair and that I would not be able to replace the part but to my surprise I was helped so quickly. From help to making sure I ordered the correct part to helping me live on a video call to install was amazing. Thank you to every single person who helped me. This wasn’t a big order I made it was simply a hydraulic replacement and the amount of help I received was a blessing thank you 🙏🏽 you got me back to work so fast from shipping to the help with the installation (perfection) I will definitely order again through this company and recommend %100.

Shipping was fast and products are exactly as advertised. I’m loving my new lamp! My color processing has split in half since upgrading from the old school hooded dryer. Pricing was far less than anywhere else online. Will definitely shop again.

I am overall happy with the Palma chair, and customer service, although I had to communicate several times. The Palma is nice and comfortable, performing all the functions I was expecting. My plastic chair covers did not arrive, which I called again. I was advised they weren't in stock and didn't know when they would be. So just waiting for that product.
