The magnifier was better quality than any from Amazon, good construction and fits right beside my recliner. And the lens appears to be real glass. . . . so many are plastic and advertised using the word "glass". I will recommend this product.

Loved the presale support. Love the chair I bought. Not so happy with experience after I pressed "buy". Bit of disconnect from time of purchase to delivery (and tracking/updating). I received one of my items but not my second. When I contacted the company they told me it was on back order. There was no notification upon purchase, no notification emails or communication. When I called it was treated like the issue was not a big deal. It was a big deal, I was on a time line to set up an office. The experience left me frustrated.

The bottle of massage lotion had been torn open at the top and the lid put back on. When I called they were very helpful - except it’s been a week now and I still haven’t received the replacement not even what I need to send the first one back. This was my first experience with this company. I don’t see their being a next.

We had a great experience with Spa & Equipment. From initial contact through delivery, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and they helped us get a great massage table (Como electric spa treatment table) for in-home use. Their reps were easy to get ahold of, answered all of our questions, helped us place our order, contacted the delivery vendor when things didn't go as scheduled, and followed up with us after delivery. I trust this company and was happy to buy from a US based vendor!! The massage table is sturdy, comfortable, and raises/lowers with the push of a button. We love it!

The chair I purchased is very nice but way too high for me at the lowest setting to work with and it’s $500 to send it back so I had to sell it.

What a pleasant experience this was especially with Ziz guiding us and providing us with the best deal she could give us. She provided a few different invoices for different options for our orders which helped us get the best deal. We also need our big items within a certain time so she was able to assure us a prompt delivery.

What experience? No contact. No delivery. No nothing.
