Steam Arm was cracked and needed replacing asap. The owner ordered one from another company (the whole assembly) and it seemed like it was taking forever. I didn't get all my parts for my steamer. I had to wait another week before I could use it. Which I needed. I also didn't get a manual with the product. I would say they are ok if you can not find what you need anywhere else
