The customer service…expedience, accuracy, etc was amazing! Sadly…the product I received was a bit disappointing. The Gena Warm-o-lotion is usually VERY thick and emollient…but what I received was water thin. I had a bottle left from a previous order so I’m mixing it together to make a tolerable alternative

Steam Arm was cracked and needed replacing asap. The owner ordered one from another company (the whole assembly) and it seemed like it was taking forever. I ordered the pipe piece and took the parts off the broken one and assembled and tested. We just got the one from the other company. Thanks for timely delivery and the girls are happy. Thank you. I didn't get all my parts for my steamer. I had to wait another week before I could use it. Which I needed. I also didn't get a manual with the product. I would say they are ok if you can not find what you need anywhere else
