This guy is 'off the scale' good. communication is really good very clear and replied over a weekend. Very specific solution offered but only after asking for model numbers of the equipment I had, 2 tailored solutions offered, one of which I ordered in the late afternoon and delivered the next day. A big Thank You to Steve for the prompt delivery of the cable I ordered recently. I received it in Ireland within a few days of it shipping. I ordered a Minijack to Beolab Line In (using Powerlink sockets) - one cable for Two speakers - with a Cable Length of 5 mtrs to plug directly into a set of Beolab 9's. Many thanks to Steve! I've ordered a cable for my B&O 3500 lab to connect with my iPhone. First I couldn't manage to connect the two devices, but after 2 e-mails Steve managed to keep me calm and to connect the 2 devices. I can now connect my B&O 3500 lab to any device with an AUX output, so not only my iPhone, but also my iPad, television etc. Thank you Steve! Even in the weekend you took time to answer my questions. Steve from Sounds Heavenly builds a product which I haven’t seen anywhere else. His trigger-cable-kit is a unique solution to a problem I had with my old beolabs 6000, which used to turn off with a loud click during quiet scenes. The cables where flawless and arrived swiftly, after Steve explained to me patiently how it all works. Because I had some trouble with my AV receiver, Steve helped me figure out a solution, even though his cables where perfect all the way and he had nothing to do with my receiver. He answered all of my 26 emails patiently and even went so far as to send me an adapter, to help me localize the problem. Again, he didn‘t have to do any of this, but he was kind, calm and helped work through the setup. Now everything runs perfectly. I have never received support, on any product, like this and it shows the dedication and love Steve has for his craft. Neither my constant barrage of emails, nor the christmas and new years holidays would deter him from seeing me through it. Now everything sounds wonderful and I can enjoy my B&O speakers like I didn’t think possible before. A huge thanks and the best of wishes!

I ordered a cable for my 1970's B&O system on the afternoon of the 6th Jan 2021 and it arrived by 10am the next morning - not bad! The cable was beautifully made too!

Steve has been so helpful getting our new Sony deck to connect to some classic B & O speakers through a fairly old Overture CD system. He is so knowledgeable and quick responding to emails and sorting out connections issues, my husband can finally use the deck I bought him for Xmas and the sound through the B & O speakers is amazing 🤩. We just needed one new cable which was very reasonably priced, I am super impressed and so is my husband! Thank you Steve 😀.

Ordered an adapter cable to connect a pair of small Jamo amplified speakers to my B&O Ouverture and all sounds great (inside the limitations of the speakers of course - but it's for our office so not too much of a big deal).
