I bought a cable from Steve to connect my older B&O products to modern streaming devices. With one of my speakers, the sound didn't immediately come through and I contacted steve. Within hours I had a reply on all my correspondence and the problem was solved. The cable itself is of very high quality and I can definitely recommend Steve and his company! Great stuff!

I watched Steve's video about hooking a Sonos Port to my B&O 9500. I sent him an email, with a couple of questions; he responded the same day and I ordered the cables to connect the Port. the cables are well built and they arrived here in the US in 9 days. My cable arrived within a few days, despite Brexit and me being in the Netherlands. I watched Steve's video on connecting a Chromecast Audio device to old Beolab speakers. Using Steve's cable and and alternative device (AudioCast M5) I got my old Beolabs working perfectly. Thanks for explaining how I could put my old BeoLabs to good use!

I have had the pleasant fortune of being a Customer with Sounds Heavenly three times now. The latest (yesterday) was an emergency call for a replacement 15m speaker cable that I needed urgently today as it was holding up a house build. I was right on the limit of 14:00 but Steve managed to send the cable for me as guaranteed next morning delivery (at my expense of course), and it was here before 09:00. In times of on-line shopping its great to get clear guidance on what is needed to get 20th Century analogue systems to work seamlessly with 21st digital technologies. Got my hands on a very clean Beogram 3300 T/T....Decided it made a vast improvement aesthetic wise on my Rega 3...set it up pressed play, play it did but with the irritating "HUM"...Got on to Steve at SH and his advise was followed, what can I say...but for the piffling sum of £20.00 a humless sweet sounding TT is what Ive got....Cheers Steve.

I needed a B&O cable to use with my Beolab 7.1 sound bar with a non B&O system, Steve was there with the answer to my problems.
