First I saw steve on YouTube a master, I needed his help with my BEO 6000, I want to thank Steve for prompt email responses and top class service he provided and sorted all my needs.

I would like to thank Steve and his Team. I built a new house recently, and when I asked several hifi specialists they came up with crazy proposals. After talking to which friend of mine who is a sound engineer and musician he told me to go and look for used B&O Active Speakers and combine them with Yamaha Musci Cast WXC50 Pre-Amps to use the B&O speakers so with as cost effective and flexible multi room system. So I got BEOLAB 1, several BEOLAB 6000, BEOLAB 4000 and 2 pairs of BEOLAB 9. Everything worked out great, beside the 2 BEOLAB 9. I continuously had a Brum Noise one of the speakers, even after buying several cables from so-called B&O specialists here in Germany I never could get the BEOLAB 9 running OK. As I was already following Steve for a time on YouTube, I wrote a question to him asking for help and he delivered me two cables and all the BEOLAB 9 workout great now - I'm very thankful! At the end I paid high for the fact that they did not go directly to him… and it took me almost a year to get things running - the reason where did not buy in the beginning from soundsheavenly was the BREXIT custom procedures - which even this time caused the hang up of two weeks… But at the end it was more than worth - thank you again! Having fallen out of love with my Beocentre 9300 I purchased a vintage (1972) Pioneer SX737 receiver but was then left with the dilemma of connecting my Beolab 4000 & 8000 to the receiver. After a lot of googling and reading many sketchey "fixes" I had almost given up all hope of keeping my beloved Beolabs. I then stumbled across the Sounds Heavenly web site and low and behold. . . . . . . a simple and compact solution, the Attenuated Convertor kit. I purchased 1 to test it out to see if it was the right solution and I was not disappointed, the sound from the old receiver to the modern-ish 4000 was indeed heavenly and the 8000 once again made me listen. I have now ordered a second Attenuated converter kit so I can have both the 4000 & 8000 wired up and ready to go. A simple, well-built solution.

Fantastic quality and a fantastic sales experience, I looked at lot's of cables before choosing the 7pin female DIN to male RCA cable from Sounds Heavenly. It's nice to find such a talented and enthusiastic person for keeping old vintage equipment in use, my cable was ordered on Sunday night and delivers on Tuesday, great service! Got a set of Speakerlink cables for my Beolab Penta Mk3s, so I could connect them the proper way to my Beomaster 5500. Works just fine and the quality of the cables is very good too. Thanks to Steve the displays on the speakers now show information, the way they were meant to.

Purchased a pair of BeoLab 6000 without the proper knowledge of a powered speaker. Sought out help and came across Steve and Sounds Heavenly. If you don’t have a B&O receiver and want to get the most out of your B&O speakers this is the place. The attenuator arrived in about 10 days (I live in the US). Came packaged securely with easy and clear directions. With 15 minutes I had it all out together and my parlor filled with amazing sound. Steve and Sounds Heavenly is a remarkable resource. My RCA monster cables seem to do well but will probably grab some cables from Steve. World class my friend. And you cannot beat the prices on his equipment.

I had an unusual problem where the old speaker system with a BeO 9000 Centre had been replaced with a 6000 series tower speaker system and the old speaker cables were in no way compatible with the later speakers. After contacting Steve, I can only say I could not be more satisfied with his patience and time spent helping me resolve the problem with a straight forward way to attach the more modern speakers to the system, by passing the old standard speaker connections from the 9000 system, which were not compatible with the newer speakers. The dual cable he provided, which was of top quality, fitted straight onto the amp and speakers connections and after following the post connections advice he had given, the speakers and system work beautifully and the sound is superb. The man is a very knowledgeable, and very helpful expert in his field. If you have any sort of problem with anything BeO, contact Steve. You will not regret it.

Steve helped me use my Beolab speakers with my old Technics HIFI and also gave advice on setting up a surround sound. All products delivered promptly and all work brilliantly. My HIFI has never sounded so sweet. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Sounds Heavenly again.

I contacted Steve as I needed some advice about recording vinyl from my Technics hifi system to my laptop to enable me to save as mp3/iTunes library items. I required a phono connection from the stereo with a link via usb to the laptop. He came up with a fabulous solution by way of a piece of hardware : "Beomaster 5/ Beosound 5 AUX USB input converter - Also works as PC/Mac sound card" He also was able to supply a twin RCA lead which connects at one end to the amplifier and the other to the hardware. The usb lead connect to a suitable connection on the laptop. I tested this out at the weekend and was able to record successfully to my laptop the particular vinyl record in question. I already had recording programme software installed which he confirmed would be suitable; and it was. This is excellent advice, service and product which I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone with a similar aim. Also from the date of order which was dispatched by first class post, the item arrived the following day suitably packaged up. FIRST CLASS. Thanks Steve.

Ive bought the B&O Power Trigger cable for a Beolab 7.1 to stream wireless to the product. Steve really helped me out and respond very quickly to my e-mails. I live in The Netherlands but he shipped worldwide! :) im very happy and wouldn't get this help at a B&O store. Would really recommend to buy your stuff at sounds heavenly.
