Solar Technologies has been an outstanding choice from the very beginning. This is a second generation system for me. I did this upgrade along with a reroof. ST suggested the roofing vendor (bill hamilton) who also turned out to be an excellent choice. The system is great to look at and generates more power than I expected. The installation staff were careful with my month old roof.

These guys did a pretty great job with my install.  While no job can go without flaws- but I would recommend this company without hesitation.  Two years ago I started to invest some time in solar and Solar Technologies was my first call.  I worked with a genuine and straight shooting guy who actually downsold me on my lofty ideas.  We had dozens of calls, more emails. Then I ran out of money since I made another purchase.  He told me to call him if i was ready.  A year later I called him back and we updated our quotes.  The team did a very clean job on the design and the install.  This was a complex installation with integration of a backup generator and about 100 yards of underground pipe running.  There were some setbacks due to permitting (thank you Santa Cruz County for making any permitting process a huge hurtle).  They stuck to it and eventually the system was in.  I've had the system in operation for about 9 months and the savings have been in line with projections which is impressive considering how cloudy and rainy of a year 2017 started out to deliver.  I am happy I made this investment and more happy I went with solar technologies.

I would highly recommend Solar Technologies with Sun Power panels for anybody looking at going solar. I had 3 companies bid on my project for a 4kW system on my house and chose Solar Technologies because they came in with the best price and that included a better panel than the others were offering. Working with Keenan and Marina was Great! They kept me informed of progress every step of the way and were very patient with me after I decided to have a new roof installed before they started. That pushed the date back months since it was still the rainy season and my roofer was very busy. The installation is very clean and the crew was very professional. They finished the job in 1 1/2 days, with the tricky conduit run taking a little longer than expected. They also managed the project completely, taking care of the permit process, inspections and Interconnection Agreement with PG&E.

We had Solar Technology install our solar paneling. It was installed in Sept '16. Everyone is very knowledgeable.  The response time on any question is amazingly fast. With all the wind we had one tile slightly raised. My husband called them and they were here with very quickly. We highly recommend them.

Boy am I glad I used these guys! From the initial consultation with Jarrett to planning with the county--not always an easy thing to do--to the final hookup and a little problem solving, they were fantastic. Communication was almost immediate. Their price was better than other companies for the same or similar equipment. The price they quoted was the price we paid. They handled everything quickly efficiently, and with no fuss. They worked around my schedule, always asking what would be convenient. Installation was handled in one day, then the county inspector came out and signed off, then OK from PG&E and we were good to go, after Skylar solved a couple of little problems. Whopee! I even enjoy watching the production of my system online.

We had a great experience with Solar Technologies/SunPower. We compared several solar companies - ST had the best price and technology. Their client service proved to be peerless as well. Keenan, Marina and the entire installation crew were personable, responsive and exceedingly professional. ST kept us updated on the permit process, when we encountered an unanticipated problem they solved it at cost. Installation required a single day. Power was off for less than 8 hours. The panels are low profile and ST takes pains to maintain the aesthetics of your home. Thank you Solar Tech. If you are considering solar, consider no more. The system will pay for itself, add value to your home, save you money - not to mention save tens of thousands of pounds of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.

Honest sizing of system, not oversold, using best quality panels and mounts. Installers were on time and great. Facilitated all city and PGE approvals.

James, who sold me the system, communicated clear and thorough, is pleasant and patient. Jan always answers my questions. The installation team was prompt, friendly, and professional. The only thing is that my system has been installed over one and half month, and I have not been given credit for the energy the system is generating.

Tim Glanville, the consultant, was informative and never pushy. The installers were professional and friendly. The office personnel who kept me informed through the entire process were courteous and timely, I am happy with the installation.

Our array looks great and works beautifully. Super impressed with everyone we worked with, especially our consultant, Nick. He had an answer for every one of our many questions and, in our first meeting, shared savings projections that ended up being spot on. In the year or so since our install, they've been awesome with follow-up and making sure we continue to be happy. We shopped around a fair amount in our research, and Solar Technologies so clearly and immediately stood out. Very happy we made the choice we did and can't recommend ST enough.

This review is way overdue. We had solar panels installed by Solar Technologies six months ago. Since then, the system has been working wonderfully and has actually been overproducing! ��We highly recommend Solar Technologies. They offer SunPower panels and they are much more competitive with pricing than any other solar company that we contacted. ��We worked with Nick Bahrenburg, and he was super helpful in answering all of our questions. He also worked with us on explaining the contract details and tweaking the wording to address our lawyer's concerns. ��When they did the install, they were very quick, efficient, and polite.

Great solar company. Jason Coolman of Solar Technologies was very informative. They were able to meet my request to install the panels before I went out of the State. They were also very understanding to delay the payments when I was away. Overall, I am very pleased with their panels and services.

I contacted them 3 times to come and give me a bid on putting in solar at my house. I never heard back from them. I eliminated them as a choice because I feel if they couldn't even return my calls for my job, what would their service be like.
