Solar Town has really tried to help us by continuing to send replacement Solar Night Lights, but none seem to work for us and we have no idea why.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Solar Town. It’s been over two months since I first received a damaged skylight. They promised to resend a replacement, but that took another three weeks, leaving me stuck waiting all over again. After all this time, I’m still worried it will happen again. For a company that should value quality and customer trust, this kind of service is unacceptable. Repeated delays and the hassle of dealing with damaged products have left me disappointed and uneasy about their reliability. I cannot recommend Solar Town based on my experience.
