Unrelated to VELUX itself, this company uses the cheapest shipper money can buy, Guinness-record cheap. The shipper is just stuck in 20th century - think 6 hour delivery windows, as if GPS doesn’t exist. And they “delivered” my skylight damaged now twice. After rejecting yet again damaged merchandise yesterday, I have to decide whether to arrange for another delivery or simply cancel the order and file a credit card claim. I paid for skylight in October, got a permit and arranged the installation crew. It is January 8th now.

Your customer service is beyond top notch!!!! I have raved to everyone about your company in the last month that we've worked with your company. I initially called to get some specs on some skylights that we were ordering for our build and was called back within the hours with specs, quantity and location of the skylights! Of course, I sent the order in that afternoon. Once we received the skylights (I chose to pick them up at the freight company), I realized one had been shattered in shipping. I called the next morning to relay the dilemna and by that afternoon, a replacement had already shipped. Simply amazing!!!! I will refer your company to anyone looking for your products! Keep up the good work!

Skylights are great but I didn't need the flashing. How do I return it

You pay ridiculous shipment and restocking free of $100s of dollars if you need to change. This is not an issue when Ordering from Lowes. Why bother ordering from this company i do not know.

Excellent product!

The skylight arrived quickly but when I opened the box the unit was damaged. At that point the customer service was beyond what I was expecting and the new unit arrived before I could have expected it. I will definitely order from them again.

The order process was very easy and the items work well. I'm impressed and plan to buy more solar products when I need them.

We had to work to get install information, some things were a little unclear. Whether or not to add roof cement to certain places but it really is pretty straight forward how to install.
