Disappointed by quality, and surprised by the 25% restock fee

I was in a jam. We live off grid in the mountains of western Montana and with winter closing in we determined that our DEKA AGM solar batteries were on their last legs after 7 years of use. Our local solar installer informed us that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could obtain replacements from their distributor. Not the solution we were looking for and that’s when we discovered SolarTown and with SolarTown’s tech support and sales rep Jeremy’s help we had 4 new AGM batteries shipped to our installer within 4 days! Solar Town has really tried to help us by continuing to send replacement Solar Night Lights, but none seem to work for us and we have no idea why.
