Softies was is easy to work with and I even had a problem but they fixed it right away.

I really liked the shrug but the color did not work. I tried to exchange it and the color I wanted showed available on the website but it would not let me exchange for it. I tried to contact and received an AI message then days later a message saying someone would get back to me. . . . never happened.
