I attempted to retune my terms beginning June 3, 2026 via email and phone calls. Your customs service is not user friendly and your website does not show much information on contact except email which was not answered for weeks, until O called back. The website to retrieve the return items code failed after several tries. The items I wanted to return it said one was not eligible. However I paid the return fee.
