My first experience with customer service was via the AI tool. Once I was able to get around the AI part the personal team was great. Unfortunately my issue is still not resolved and I am not able to get a response to my last request and remain without my items. .

I love the lounger it is warm and comfortable.

The material when wet is super heavy and hard to dry, it does get pilly right away, with scrubbed looking patches.
