Great customer service

No problems but I wish there was a better return policy.

The owner was there when I came in and was interactive and responsive to all customers. She even talked to the construction guys next door that were taking all her customer parking since I am very pregnant and walked across the street ( was not expecting this and it hadn’t even occurred to me, she got up and did it after noticing on her own) very considerate practice! Both in ingredients and in customer care.

Every time I go to Soaplicity the people are always so nice. You can sample most of the products before you buy. And last time I needed something to help my baby with a rash she had. I used what they recommended and the rash went away. I love their products.
