Ordered the set of bracelets for a 13 year old. Went by what the picture showed online. I did not get what I thought I had ordered. What I got was a set for an older person. Talked to someone at the store and they were 'sorry' and said they would speak to the owner. Didn't know why the picture showed one thing and I received another. Really there was no resolution to the problem. I gave my purchase away and ordered what I needed somewhere else.
