Ordered the set of bracelets for a 13 year old. Went by what the picture showed online. I did not get what I thought I had ordered. What I got was a set for an older person. Talked to someone at the store and they were 'sorry' and said they would speak to the owner. Didn't know why the picture showed one thing and I received another. Really there was no resolution to the problem. I gave my purchase away and ordered what I needed somewhere else.

A friend suggested them, and I've loved them since the first purchase. ♥ Super prompt shipping, easy to use the site and make orders, they're usually running some kind of discount on /something/ and overall the quality of the products has been stellar. I'm looking forward to even more!! P.S. - I love the strawberries n' cream flavour that came out this past June during the strawberry fest. I think it'd be fantastic to do a whole line of products for the month! Bars, soaps, butters - the lip wick I got is PHENOMENAL and smells SO good!
