The SnoShark has exceeded my expectations on numerous levels. It is a well designed and well made item-- everything packs neatly into bag and doesn't take up much room. When I need it , everything unfolds smoothly, and it does not feel flimsy--like those gas station snow brushes. I am able to reach the top of our Jeep and SUV and I don't have to sorry about scratching the paint. SnoShark's customer service is OUTSTANDING! They were very quick to respond and solved an issue in record time. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I highly recommend SnoShark and my friends and family will be getting one next time I need a gift idea.

The SnoShark is a great product. I live in the Northeast and we just got hammered with a storm. I used the SnoShark twice and it preformed so well I want to buy one for all 4 of our cars. I had about 8 plus inches of wet heavy snow piled up on two cars and this tool allowed me to completely clean both cars in about 5 minutes tops. I would recommend this to anyone, a must have in every car trunk during the winter months!

At first I was bummed...I put just a bit tooo much leverage on the orig handle... but, after a message and a prompt / excellent reply, I can now again reach out, and up, and rake the pow off my lifted 4x4 van. This tool is a snow mover, made even better with the new gen, beefier handle.

Living on Lake Minnetonka in MN can frequently find Mother Nature dumping vast amounts of snow and blowing winds. The Snow Shark has been an incredible tool for us to remove snow from our vehicles in the driveway or on the Frozen lake. The quality material is just incredible. Excellent product. Who ever thought of a solid blade vs a brush was right on. Easy to use and bullet proof. For people that think it's a bit pricy should remember you get what you pay for. This thing will last forever.
