We absolutely loved the elegant packaging. My husband was really surprised and happy with his Christmas gift and personalized card. I got this as a Christmas and date night gift to enjoy with my husband. We went to our dream vacation to Japan earlier this year and were wishing we could preserve the joy and admiration we felt while we were there. We’ve only received one box of our 12-month subscription and we’re already delighted by this snack box. Hello! We love the Bokksu snack box subscriptions that I give to my parents and to my elderly aunts. My only request is about how to use credits received toward active subscriptions. I have not been able to figure this out and I believe that I have lost unused credits. Thank you for curating great boxes for us.

This is a refreshing change from a traditional gift basket and was very well-received by the recipient. Highly recommend, but prepare yourself for slow delivery from Japan. As time went by without a tracking number, I wrote customer service and was stunned to receive clear, comprehensive information almost instantaneously, even though the reply came from Japan.

I bought the Bokksu snack box for my Japanese stepmother as a birthday gift. She loved it! Said it brought back childhood memories of snacks and flavors she hasn't had in many years. My only issue: the box took quite a while (almost 3 weeks) to arrive, which I wasn't expecting, so it did arrive late. There wasn't any information on shipping and delivery times on the website; I would suggest that be added if possible to manage customer expectations. Thank you.
