I ordered a bottle of Swedish Bitters, and this was the only supplier where I could get the original Swedish Bitters I also buy in Europe. I was honestly so happy to find them. The bottle was very well packaged, but unfortunately, due to an accident during shipping, a small crack appeared at the top of the cap and some of the liquid leaked inside the package. I contacted the company about it, and the response was absolutely excellent. The communication was clear, kind, and fast, and they even sent me a replacement bottle at no extra cost. I consider this top-level customer service, and I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future. I can 100% recommend this company.
