Works great on my ultra sensitive skin. The ginger/herbal smell is unique and intriguing and makes it feel like herbal medicine in a good way.

I stopped into Merz Apothecary to look for small, easy-to-pack Christmas gifts. The store is perfect for gift shopping—lots of interesting, well-curated things from all over the world, so you can find something thoughtful without overthinking it. We picked up a few small items and treats, and it was honestly hard not to keep adding things. The staff were genuinely lovely, too—my husband had a little chat with a woman behind the counter while choosing a new comb to replace one he’d lost, and the woman who rang me up was professional, friendly, and very down-to-earth. It’s just a great place to shop, and I’m already planning my next visit.

Haven’t been in the store for years. I was surprised to see the variety of products. I bought several stocking stickers.

My dermatologist recommended XeraCalm for severe Xerotic Eczema. It’s been the only balm that doesn’t cause worse itching. My skin barrier is improving daily. Thank you for being the only store I can purchase in person. The product is impossible to find on physical shelves. Severe eczema sufferers want to try on in person since we’re so reactive to products.
