Purchased aroma breathe to help with a breathing issues from an illness. It’s really helped me recover. Aa always Metz has awesome products and the staff is super knowledgeable.

I asked about a promo being ran on the site, some $5 BS that wasn’t really consequential. The tone and demeaning way I was talking to when asked about say promo, never coming back. I spent a good chunk of money here, wanting to support local business and what not. It’s crazy to me that these employees act all pompous. I decided to completely remove my support from this business, had two bottles of perfume when this incident happened, i happily returned them the following day. It’s insane what these employees do and how they act, lost a loyal customer over a mere sample. I’ve since taken my business to Bloomingdale’s. Never coming back.
