Never received my order. . I noticed (too late) that they had the wrong shipping address and it was undeliverable. . My phone number was right on the invoice, they could have called, before sending my shoes to nowhere

Boots are great! The time from order to receiving the the product was quite long.

First, the boots seem to run smaller than most U. S. sizes. My wife wears a size 10 in women's, which is what I ordered on here, but once she tried them on, the 10 is small. We are in the process of requesting an exchange for a larger size.

Only because they arrived after Christmas and I ordered them on the 11th of December didn't receive them until December 27th
