Only because they arrived after Christmas and I ordered them on the 11th of December didn't receive them until December 27th

Great way to get my Uggs

They look good. They came shamed in the same box as my boots. They both arrived smelling like toxic glue

These boots are well made of high quality materials. The color is a bit lighter, the tone more pinkish than cranberry ( as pictured). The price was very reasonable and delivery was timely.

This was a very good experience. The shipping time was approximately 18 days but well worth the wait. I received the items I ordered well packaged and wrapped very nicely. The house slippers are well made and quality material.

Nicely boxed and wrapped The left shoe at the top is bent where you insert your foot,and my foot slips a lot while walking. Wore with socks and still slips a lot, making walking challenging! I’m not a fan of these Uggs, even though I want to love them Disappointed in quality and function, especially for $135. 00!!!!🙁 You can see clearly in my uploaded pic how the left shoe is warped on top, and not straight like the right shoe. ☹️ I think this occurred maybe the way it was packaged?
