Was very happy with the speed of getting my order and the pants came just as I expected

I ordered from Smaibulun for the very first time. With it being an online store, I was sure that I would be able to make returns in case the dress I ordered did not fit properly (after all, it's not like you can try it on. I was originally taken aback when I requested a return label and was told they would have to get back to me. It took a few days and to my dismay, I received an email saying that my request was declined because the dress was sold at a half off price. First of all, who ever heard of such a thing, at the very least offer a store credit. Secondly, I don't recall seeing anything about this being a final sale or I would have never purchased it not knowing if the fit would be right for me. It has completely turned me off from ever wanting to do business with them again.

The boots were very beautiful, and Comfortable to walk in, but I am very disappointed. I received the boots on Feb 21 and have only worn them twice. On the second time I lost one of the rhinestone bows on the back of the boots. Is there anyway you guys can help Rectify the situation? Can you send a replacement bow?
