Frustrated
As of right now I would not recommend this product. We ordered it on July 8th and it took a month to get to us without any updates. Once I got it it was broken did not work. Now it's been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for the replacement. I understand shipping problems. But this is ridiculous. All customer service reps have been exceptional and amazing.

None of the display lights

Pairing doesn’t work as intended.
Once paired, the pairing doesn’t work the next time you try to use your phone to change the chili temperature. You have to consistently try to pair to use the sleep system. So I had to give up and just bend down from bed and manually turn up or down the temperature when needed.

Improvement needed for connection between SleepMe app and DockPro
The cooling and heating function works. The pad with the internal piping is soft enough not to be bothersome. Well done. This review is done 10 days after initial usage, so I cannot comment about potential condensation on the mattress or water leakages. So far, my sleep quality hasn't improved because I'm fiddling with the timing & frequency of temperature changes, and magnitude of temperature changes (number of degrees up or down). The SleepMe app sometimes does not connect with the DockPro despite the detectable 2.4GHz wifi signal and then multiple resets on the DockPro (three taps on +, three taps on -, and holding the on/off button for 15 seconds). Very, very frustrating. Offering connection only through 2.4GHz wifi is a serious limitation. Please release a update that will allow both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi - or better still, a app-to-DockPro connection that requires only bluetooth to change settings. The changes to the settings can be stored on the app and updated to SleepMe's servers AFTER the settings have been updated to DockPro and when wifi is available. Wifi shouldn't be a requisite to initiate the changes. This product has the potential to be the market leader but only if the wireless connection is convenient to connect and reliable 99.999% of the time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
I honestly cannot express but UTTER disappointment in Chilisleep. I cannot speak about the system because I’ve yet to use it. I placed my order. 10 days later the item still hadn’t shipped. I was then told it would ship before the 26th August. I did not. On the 31st it finally shipped. I requested International priority - it shipped international economy. Meaning it took 7 days to arrive instead of 2. When it finally arrived I opened it only to realise it did not contain the power cord for my country (despite being told it would). Then I noticed on the box they sent me a half queen and not a KING as requested. At this point I contacted them to ask for a refund after waiting 3 plus weeks for the item only to receive something I didn’t order. They told me they would make it right, speak to the manager ASAP AND CORRECT THIS MISTAKE. Now ASAP to me sounds pretty immediate. NO. After 3 working days still nothing. Not a word from them. I then requested a REFUND AGAIN. And now … as I write this. RADIO silence. My message was read but no response whatsoever. Nothing. I am utterly disgusted with this company. Truly awful experience.

The app needs a lot of work. It’s got a ludicrous cascade of menus on different pages rather than pop-out selection dialogues.
