I appreciated the communication I received from Jennifer, and my machine seems to be working great now. But I am disappointed that it took about 4 weeks from the time the unit was received by your repair team for the unit to be repaired and returned to me.

Best sleep ever
I have been sleeping with a Chili Cube for 4 years now. I can't imagine life without it. Cooling between you and the mattress is the best way to regulate.

The app goes offline a lot,. It works on 2.4 GHz. Google Nest does not let you specify 2.4 or 5. For a new app and machine that should have been fixed,

Treated me well
All I was asking for was a new power cord for my ooler that I had lost during a move and they were very helpful. At the time, they explained that they were very busy which is understandable. I only had to wait a few days for a response and once they responded they were very polite and sent me a new power cord free of charge.

Outstanding cooling blanket
It keeps temperature perfectly tailored to your specification. While you do have to add water fairly frequently, the Upshot is that you have no issues with overheating at night!

My item didn't arrive in
My item didn't arrive in working order and the wrong replacement items were sent afterward. Customer service individuals handling my final return were beyond unhelpful. Real shame how that part of the process was handled because before those poor interactions I was incredibly excited about this product and what else the company might put out in the future.

Broke in 3 months had to send back for repair...
Was OK while it lasted. No heat or cold one day. Did all the "troubleshooting" methods. No luck. Emailed with customer support (days long process because, you know, no phone support). After much messing about they decided it should be returned for repairs. Given how expensive this is I was very surprised that they don't send a replacement unit out. Nope, that's right they don't. Just supposed to wait for 2-3 weeks after they get it for the repair and then return shipping. So by the time it's all said and done it'll have been almost 2 months without the unit. Not impressed at all.

60% of the time it works every time
Device seems to have trouble following the schedule on one or both of the units during any given night. Uncertain as to the cause and I haven't had the time to mess with it. When it works its great, but thats not as common as one would hope with a $1600 device.

Wife finally happy 😃
My wife was always complaining she gets to hot during the night. It’s awesome hearing , “I was cold and I have to turn down the temperature”. The unit was pricey but worth it. Both getting better REM sleep. Confirmed by my OURA (sleep monitoring) rings.

My life has changed for the better! I can now sleep at night ! I used to toss and turn all night because I got hot, no matter what the thermostat was set on! No more!!!! Only issue I had was the return shutoff valve for the machine didn’t work, despite following the recommended article. It was constant low water and would leak from the machine whenever I turned it off. I solved the problem by unhooking the hose on my machine immediately after turning it off and had had no problem since! Yay!!!!

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing customer service! The Customer Service Representative kept me abreast of the status of my replacement shipment with out me having to ask her! I got an email at least once a week updating me with what ever status she had. It was amazing. She even took initiative to reach out to shipping to ask what the hold up was.

This is officially the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company
This is officially the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I spent over $2300 over 3 months ago and I’ve had 1 week with the system actually working. First it took over 3 weeks to receive after it stated in stock and will ship within 1-2 days. Then I received the system (cal king WE Doc Pro - a 2 unit system) and one of the units is completely dead. It took me nearly a week to get someone to take it seriously… I received a dead unit for god sakes you dont put your customer through days of trouble shooting, sending in videos, being transferred to multiple departments, then eventually getting ahold of someone on Facebook messenger of all places. Finally they said they would send out another unit. This process took another month to receive a working unit. Their still blaming everything on Covid… I cant pull that crap still in my business or I’d be out of business. You simply dont have your stuff together and dont run things professionally and your using covid from 2.5 years ago as an excuse. Needless to say I received the working unit and I was finally able to use the system after about 2 month from ordering it. Well after 1 week my wife wakes up in the middle of the night in a puddle. The pad is now leaking everywhere and not longer can we use the system once again. This was 6 weeks ago and we still dont have anything. So now we’re over 3 months since I ordered and I’ve had a grand total of 1 week of being able to use it. I really would just like my money back and wash my hands of this whole ordeal but every time I ask the topic just gets ignored. YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS RUNNING A BUSINESS AND WORKING WITH PEOPLE

Terrible Customer Service
No answer whatsoever from customer service. Bought a Doc at a sale price, was charged more because of a glitch. Tried to cancel my order but it was shipped anyway. Have not heard back on the subject.
