Device having problems,”warranty” not what it seems
Device stopped cooling wel after a little over a year. Also turns off in the middle of the night randomly, can’t keep at set temp despite being able to do so easily when I first got it. Support is less than helpful, ran me through a number of things I told them I already did, and now *I* have to pay to send it back (for them to “take a look”) because I’m in the second year of the warranty. Beware what they offer for a warranty- there are a lot of caveats.

I love the product, my partner is always cold at night and I'm always too warm. Below are some issues I found as well as ways to improve on a good thing. Issues: * One of my pro docks was using too much water, having to refill once a week yet the other did not. we thought it was due to one side being set to warm vs the other to be set to cold. However it turns out the unit was leaking inside the dock. It was not leaking from the pad as the mattress and surrounding area was dry, it was not leaking from the tubing, nor where the tubing connected to the dock, the water came out of the small hole under the dock itself, and my carpet was wet from a slow leak over a period of time. However support would not work with me on a single replacement as I could not provide a video of an active leak. Consider a less than 1 pint loss over a weeks time and see if you can record that. So, since support would not work with me I had Amazon ship me the full product again, two pro docks new pad and will be doing a replacement that way - costly, and bad customer experience when I would have been happy with a warranty refurb unit if it worked and was supported. * WiFi on the leaking unit, now that I know it was leaky it may explain part of the problem, but some of the units lose their network connection after a power out or at random, this needs to be improved. After a power out it may go to bluetooth connection (initial setup) vs wifi, to correct you have to go to airplane mode and back and maybe just maybe it'll go back to wifi. * Dock height - its a bit tall to add under some beds, that and you have to be concerned with airflow. I have an adjustable bed and had to place the bed frame on a few blocks to raise it up to ensure both clearance and airflow. * App - To address the wifi issue, or even check on it for your partner, you have to 'take ownership' of their side, but when you are done with this, the other person must again take owner. We need to be able to co-admin either side ...

Dock Pro, upgraded from original cube
Dock Pro is amazing! I had the cube system for several years and loved it, but the bar has been raised significantly with the Dock Pro! Gets way colder and way warmer, much faster than the previous unit. Much easier to maintain as well! The app works well and makes it easy to schedule settings or adjust independently. Great product!

Sleepless in Florida
I'm getting less sleep now - Took so long to ship then hose was defective Trial and error trying to Sync bluetooth & find appropriate temperature is crazy - where is the science from the sleep studies ? I set it around 78/79 but still wake up not more than 3 hours later freezing - If I turn it off and fall asleep then my body warms the pad to 85/86 f and I'm too hot I wake up again- Waiting for feedback from Customer service -so Disappointed - It's been an Exhausting process - very regrettable so far
